All returns must have a Return for Credit or Warranty Claim form supplied by Extra Mile Auto. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the goods.
If you have changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong part and wish to return it, you must have prior authorisation from the seller. Refunds for Remorse Returns are at the sole discretion of the seller. A request must be made within 30 days of the goods being dispatched and a Return Authority form must be obtained from the seller and returned with a copy of the invoice and the goods. The goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. If the item is not returned in saleable condition, you may not receive a refund.
Remorse Returns will be at the buyer’s expense and may be subject to restock fees. A copy of the sale invoice must be included as purchase validation. Refunds are conditional on the parts and packaging being undamaged and in re-saleable condition.
